All fees are based on size of the property, amount of furnishings and accessories needed to stage it, scope of the work, and actual time in which to stage the property. Each property is unique and will be individually priced.

Walk "Our" Talk Mini-Consult Package

The Professional Stager provides a one hour walk through the house, both inside and outside, outlining all the items that need to be addressed in order to get the house in 'staged' condition.The homeowner or realtor takes the walk while the Home Stager does the talking.

A three hour intensive consult that addresses work to be done on the home, repairs, tips and minor upgrades. De-cluttering, de-personalization room arrangement and furniture placement are all discussed in this session.

Our Professional Staging Team rearranges, repurposes, minimizes, de-clutters and de-personalizes the house. The team will spend 6-8 hours staging the home. A detailed list of home improvements, fixes and cosmetic upgrades is left with the homeowner.
