All fees are based on size of the property, amount of furnishings and accessories needed to stage it, scope of the work, and actual time in which to stage the property. Each property is unique and will be individually priced.

Occupied Home: Walk-Thru Consultation

Up to 1.5 Hrs - $150.00
This service provides a 1.5 hour walk-through of the house, both inside and out; making recommendations for minor cosmetic improvements to create major impact.  Receive expert guidance on paint color selection, lighting issues, flooring replacement, curb appeal enhancements, furniture replacement, de-cluttering, and de-personalizing.

Occupied Home: Half-Day Service

Up to 4 Hrs - $475.00
This service provides all the guidance of the walk-thru consultation, as well as up to 4 hours from our Professional Staging Team transforming your home by rearranging and removing furniture, re-purposing rooms, re-hanging art, minimizing excess clutter, and fine-tuning all accessories and décor presently in the home.  
(For homes less than 1500 sq ft)

· Pricing does not include furniture/décor rental through Staged 2 Sell.

Up to 8 Hrs - $850.00
This service provides all the guidance of the walk-thru consultation, as well as up to 8 hours from our Professional Staging Team transforming your home by rearranging and removing furniture, re-purposing rooms, re-hanging art, minimizing excess clutter, and fine-tuning all accessories and décor presently in the home.  
(For homes over 1500 sq ft)

$1200 - $1900
This service provides recommendations for minor cosmetic improvements to create major impact.  Receive expert guidance on paint color selection, lighting issues, flooring replacement, and curb appeal enhancements; as well as our Professional Staging Team to stage the house with Staged 2 Sell’s complete inventory of furniture, accessories, and artwork.

· Pricing varies depending on size of the home and includes all furniture rental, layout/design plan, labor, delivery, set up/placement & de-staging.
